3D Printing Projects
I have processed 3000+ jobs so far. That's over 12,000 hours of 3D printing!
The experiment ran successfully within the 3D printed structure on the ISS during ISS Expedition 68, with its SD card returned to Earth on the SpaceX CRS26 mission.
I helped a Researcher of Infectious Diseases & Tropical Medicine at the Churchill Hospital 3D print Prosthetic Hands. To provide cheaper alternatives to amputee's in West Africa who have lost their limbs due to the civil war and blood diamonds. Custom fitted traditional prosthetic's can cost thousands to produce but with a 3D printer you can produce many very quickly, all custom fitted and for a cost of around £30-50.
I supported a Summer Student in the g-2 Group, Department of Physics create Optical Mounts. This allowed us to rapidly test different arrangements of components extremely cheaply, while avoiding a lot of the tedious alignment needed in using conventional (and expensive) optical mounts. The final assembly is intended to be used as a calibration magnetometer in the g-2 experiment.

Personal Projects
I created this as a Prop for a Halloween costume. I created and designed all the electronics on the inside. I based this Portal Gun on a previous model and Thingiverse and modified it to fit my smaller printer bed. You can download my version by clicking on the photo and following the link.
I based this off an Instructables guide and then added my own modifications to the designs and created my own new parts. I used 10x blue LEDs for this and powered it off an Arduino that pulsates the brightness slightly.
Testing out Bronze infused PLA filament. This was the outcome after sanding.
